'm a 10 year practicing attorney with my own practice. I reached out to Mr. Tojarieh with internal issues that I was having with my own law practice. Even though he doesn't do defense work from what I know, his advice was on point and ALLEVIATING. You recognize talent when you see it from the other side. His questions on point. His demeanor, on point. One thing people dont understand is that this man has to listen to disaster story after disaster story. Hearing it from my perspective, he knew all the questions and all the answers. Let him speak before you do if you want the best help. HE KNOWS WHAT HES TALKING ABOUT. I can go on and on. I told him I was going to leave a review for him on yelp and he said no need too. I know his pain as a business owner. Unfortunately yelp has "unrecommended reviews". Hopefully Yelp starts to understand that this is a review site and not a business that rewards fake reviews. Like I’m sure many others, I was having issues with my truck (6.7l Ford). I received numerous letter from a bunch of attorneys. I chose to go with Knight Law. I first spoke to Hazel who was extremely nice. I had an offer from Ford to buy my truck back (how easy is that for an attorney...Ford already admitted the truck was a lemon). I was then handed off to Seth after I completed my agreement. I know this is normal. I was told they needed 90 days to prepare my paperwork and case before filing a lawsuit with Ford. In the meantime, I get an unsolicited call from them trying to represent me on my 150 I traded in...not until after this one and only if Ford doesn’t settle for a fair deal. After the 90 days, I talk to Seth. He tells me they are putting all 6.7l Ford lawsuits on hold indefinitely. I expressed my frustration and displeasure in knowing the fact they just wasted three months of my time doing absolutely NOTHING. He became defensive and told me they won’t go ahead and represent me because my lawsuit would effect their ability to get more money for other cases. Not sure how my lemon law would effect anyone else’s because even they will tell you each case is different. Bottom line...don’t buy into their “we want X company to do what’s right”. Their company doesn’t care about what’s right just making money off you. That’s why they wait 90 days to file anything so they can add a ton of lawyer fees to the lawsuits for hours worked even though they clearly do nothing.
