Pros
1
Excellent legal expertise and professionalism in handling landlord-tenant and employment-related matters
“Aaron is very professional, he's very communicative and amazing. He took care of my case of uninhabitable living space and we got done in like a year or so. I give Aaron a 5 start for communication. He's also very quick at his job and knowledgeable.”
2
Strong communication and responsiveness to client needs
“Azad was beyond thorough and tenacious with my case which proved to be lengthy and tedious. So kind, honest and funny! They are a fret firm and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.”
3
Successful outcomes and client satisfaction
“Aaron helped us take a litigious attorney tenant to court and get the judgement that we wanted. Not an easy task. Outstanding job! Clear communication in guiding us through the legal procedures while always managing our expectations.”
4
Empathetic and client-focused approach
“Azad Marvazy took great care of my case and kept me updated and educated throughout the entire process! I highly recommend his services if you're seeking a reliable lawyer who is going to look out for your best interest.”
5
Expertise in complex legal matters
“Diane Hernandez represented me in a Class Action law suit against a major corporation. She was by my side from start to finish and advised me throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions, eased my concerns and was extremely responsive to me.”
Cons
1
Occasional lack of preparation and professionalism
“I scheduled a call with Mr. Kohanim's office to consult on a legal matter. It was painfully obvious that he hadn't bothered to prepare for the call. He was condescending, not following along (having us repeat our questions constantly), scattered, and at one point, very judgemental.”
2
Concerns about compensation and fees
“I'm not pleased with the outcome. I barely spoke to any of them. When it was time to settle, Capstone were paid 99% of the winnings/settlement. Seems I suffered more knowing, they get paid for your suffering. I don't know if it was legal. But I felt they took advantage of me.”
