I had a wonderful experience with Attorney Seppi Esfandi. He is a complete professional, and got me the best results possible. I wanted my record to be kept clean, and he kept my record clean. I did not even have to come to court. He took care of everything. The results were exactly what I wanted. I finally feel like I have someone to help me, in this city, in this state, if I need it. I will only call Seppi Esfandi for my criminal and civil problems. Seppi has my trust, and he should have your trust too.

I had never been in a situation as the one I was in a few months. I was in trouble and I needed to get an attorney. I didnt know where to start and what to do as I never been in any trouble with the law I was petrified to say the least. I called a few law firms but only a few answered let alone hear me out. When I called Seppi's office I got to speak with Jorge, hes the paralegal. He not only took the time to hear me out and hear what I was going through, but he made me feel at ease. He scheduled me to meet with Seppi and him on the weekend, even though they're off on weekends. They heard my case and made me feel at ease as they were really nice and patient. They would both keep me up to date with any news or updates about my case. They were both there anytime I needed them or I did not understand something. I was facing two felony charges Seppi was able to bring it down to a 1 misdemeanor, the other charge was dropped, i did not have to do any jail time and I did not have register. I'm very pleased with Seppi's help and also Jorge who was there from the day I called. I would highly recommend Seppi if you are in need of any legal help.

This was the first time that I had to choose an attorney for anything. I am very thankful that I end up choosing Seppi Esfandi. The outcome of my brothers case was perfect and beyond fair with no jail time! I believe that without Seppi, my brother would had definitely been charged with a felony and served jail time. Seppi was amazing, one of the nicest persons I've met. He was very professional and handled my case like so. He assured me from the beginning what he was going to be able to do for me and always was truthful. He always answered my phone calls and when he didn't he would respond to my voicemails promptly as well communicate via text. The fees were very reasonable. I never had to go to court and he fixed everything for me. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

I called for a consultation/case review, and Mr. Esfandi was very kind and patient, listening to everything I had to say. He asked plenty of questions so he could understand my case, and answered any questions I had for further action in my kind of convoluted case. He went above and beyond to research if I would have a possible case of my own or what actions I could possibly take to protect myself. He immediately offered his representation if anything were to occur in the future, to which I would be glad to call him because he seemed highly competent and like he genuinely wanted to help me. I'd like to start off by thanking Seppi for getting my case DISMISSED! As my job was relying on it. In January I was arrested for a warrant I didn't even know I had from 2012. At the time I was working at a sports bar and got my name mixed up in a criminal drug case. When I was arrested I was absolutely mortified as I didn't remember doing anything illegal with drugs in my life! Not to mention the DA was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL and wouldn't tell us what evidence they had, yet went out of their way to fax my job the details, which resulted in me being put on leave. I Googled criminal defense lawyers and called around/looked up reviews and prices. Espi's assistant Shaun was very helpful over the phone and offered to have me come right in for a meeting. By the end of the meeting they offered the best price and he has a high success rate so I went for it. I also remember him saying that he gave me the price he did because he wanted to help me. He seemed like he cared. He showed up to every court case and didn't let the DA bully an innocent person around with pleas or deals. He was very confident in the courtroom. He also didnt make me any false promises or make me think that anything was for sure from the get go. He was very informative and honest with what any outcome could have been. In the end the case was dismissed and I am very happy with how things turned out, I would definitely recommend Seppi to my friends and family or personally use him again. Mr. Esfandi is exceptional at what he does. He is very professional and carries himself very well in court. I was charged with battery and Mr. Esfandi was able to get the charge lower significantly which as you can imagine helped me out a great deal. He made me feel very comfortable with the whole situation (I was facing possible jail time). Not only did he do away with the jail time he got the sentencing reduce substantially. On top of being professional at what he does, he was also very down to earth and able to relate with me which made me feel as if I was talking to a peer. This guy is great he really helped me out, nothing but five stars here!

Yes, I would greatly recommend Seppi Esfandi for his expert experiences. He and his staff really listen to your concern and will fight your case. He made our family feels very comforting and caring.

After speaking with a few Defense Attorney's, none of them seemed to, in my opinion, know what to say to a guy like me at that point in time given my pending case. Mr Esfandi on the other hand was all over my case with idea's before I had even hired him. My gut told me to go with this guy and forget all the other guys. Once he took over my case it was like he "took the bull (the DA) by the horns" and wrestled him to the ground. He pulled out all the stops and left no stone unturned in his quest for justice on my behalf. All the while I had Seppi's assistant Shaun interpreting all the legal speak into plain english. I was told , by Seppi, how my case could go, either way, good or bad. I did appreciate the candor from him. No BS he called it like it was. Also the nice thing I liked about dealing with Mr. Esfandi and company is that the communication barrier between Attorney and client, that sometimes exists, did not exist at all here. Information was flowing to me like a river runs wild. To sum it all up Mr. Esfandi gave to me, the average Joe on the street just trying to get by doing my own thing peacefully, my own slice of "Justice Pie" to be served ice cold to "the man". They were wrong and I was right, and with Seppi leading the charge, he showed them who's the boss and handed them the loss. Then he handed me a most satifactory "V" for Victory. (unfortunately I have to keep this anonymous and vague because I don't want to anyone at my job to know what happened with me) Seppi and his assistant Sean helped me through a really scary time. I had a public defender up until the last minute. The public defender wasn't willing to try for anything but the first deal the DA offered. Seppi did everything he could and as a result I got house arrest instead of Jail time. These guys do everything possible to help you out.
