i was incarcerated last year in april 2013 for a sex crime that I didn't do. I was in jail for 450 days. my parents had hired Seppi Esfandi.as my attorney. My father told me that he had a good feeling about him. I was looking a two 25 to life terms I was facing. These types of cases are very hard to deal with when your on the inside of jail. Not just on me but it was hard for my family too.They have been so supportive.My first offer was for me was 15 years to life, then it went down to 8 years then to 3 years and finally Seppi Esfandi had got my case dismissed. All charges dropped with no pertaing srtings attached, no probabtion no registration no parole.i was going to court in Torrance and was realeased from custody on june 13 2014. my parents were so happy when they found out the good news. they were waiting for me outside the court with my kids. they all came running to me and were so happy and crying tears of joy. Seppi Esfandi and his team are great at what they do. they fought for me the whole way and never backed down. I recommend that anyone who needs a great attorney to give him a call. Because he does what he needs to do to. I wanna thank him from the bottom of my heart for representing me and returning home back to my family were I belong. I'll like to thank Seppi Esfandi and his team for doing an excellent job on my case. I have been charged with a Felony DUI and was involved in a horrible car accident. It was looking really bad for me, most lawyers I spoke with were telling me I was looking at 10+ years in prison. But Seppi Esfandi gave me a chance and thanks to to him i'll be serving a minimal prison sentence. He managed to drop some charges and ended up getting me a deal of 2 years at 50 percent in a low security prison. He's a great lawyer and I would strongly recommend him.

I was arrested last Oct. for three felonies from the result for a family member having a conflict of how I managed my parents finances. The care I gave them for the last 20-30 years were not the issue. But because of this Seppi sat down and took time with me to understand the family dynamics and once he realized the situation he worked with me for 10 to 12 months to get a fair plea from the DA, It was worked out through patience a fair statement, of 1year deferred sentencing, for 1 felonies to be a misdemeanor after 200 hours of community services. There also was some restitution but that was not required to be paid before that year, Also probation, but no jail time. Which was great short of going to court and being totally dismissed which he was will to do even though his fee would not be increased. I decided to take this plea because I didn't want to go to trial if it was something I could live with. I Thank him for his help and arranging to make this a possible solution.
