Anish and his team are wonderful people who get the job done! My initial consultation with Anish stood out from all other lawyers. He is immensely positive and you can tell he has tons of experience and knowledge about immigration matters. He always is efficient, always responds promptly, is patient and made sure to really explain things to me until I understood haha. He made my green card process such a smooth ride. I got to know about Anish’s law firm through an internet search and all of the online ratings I have seen were pretty good and I thought of giving a try. My case was not a complicated one. It was a straight through GC through marriage case but me and my wife were pretty tensed when we were trying to figure out on ourselves. Reached out to different attorneys and their fees were crazy for this simple case. Anish’s fee was reasonable and during our first meeting, he made us feel that it’s a very simple one and not to worry. He gave all the info we wanted and that gave us the confidence to go with him. It took around one year to get the GC and during this process, Anish was very responsive and helpful with respect to any confusion/question I had on GC process/H1B expiry issue/EAD/Job change topics. Law Firm of ANISH VASHISTHA A request for everyone who is reading my review to please share with as many people as anyone can because for an IMMIGRANT being legal in the USA is a very essential part of our lives. Anish Vashistha is one of 13 attorneys I consulted for my Immigration case who was willingly wanting to take up my SPOILT CASE. It was nearly impossible for my case to get it right after an immigration relief company had ruined my case leaving no option for me but to leave the country. I came across Anish through a radio channel and I contacted him and discussed my case. As per other attorneys   there was no way out for my case. But I trusted ANISH as per his knowledge and Hired him as my immigration attorney.. ANISH, who is most knowledgeable and efficient and takes up a challenge to get positive results, striving for every possible solution that he can, claimed to me to have solution for my case. I was a victim of criminal and fraudulent activity without knowing that it made me out of status. After I knew my immigration status was ruined by that consultant (claiming to be an attorney but he was not) and ANISH came out with a solution and suggested for me to file a T application. It was not easy for him either to work on my case. He spent close to 6  months to file my  T APPLICATION at USCIS. During this 6 months he worked hard as much as he could investing  his time knowledge and energy preparing my file by contacting the U.S. Attorney’s Office and discussing my case, filing a complaint with that U.S. Attorney’s Office on my behalf so that I may be protected and no one could harm me. INVESTIGATION TO THE POINT while also KEEPING ME SAFE FROM THE THREAT while I was waiting for decision on my case after 2 long years of a back-and-forth exchange of documents with USCIS, ANISH’S HARD WORK PAID OFF. I received my T STATUS APPROVAL. A MIRACLE OF MY LIFE WAS TRUSTING ANISH FOR MY IMMIGRATION CASE. I must say more than my LUCK it was ANISH’S knowledge and hard work that paid off leaving me with an APPROVAL OF T-1 STATUS. Before hired Anish, I did consultation with so many other lawyers in LA area. Finally I hired Anish as my immigration lawyer, when I do consultation with him, I found he is very smart, sharp, and efficient. His analysis, advice, and strategy never goes wrong. I want to recommend Anish Vashistha. First of all I was in deportation procedures because of my first DUI case. I had 2 DUIs and really couldn’t believe there would be any chance for me to obtain my green card. I was looking for lawyers everywhere every day but didn’t find anyone reasonable because all of them were charging way too much money until I found this law office that was so good on the price and worked with me even though I didn’t have the whole amount. The first thing they did is canceled my deportation procedures, and I was out on bail so I got my money back, too. Next thing I got a work permit. Not even a few months afterward I got an appointment for my green card. I didn’t believe I would be approved at all, but you know when you get a good lawyer everything is possible. Now I have a 10 years green card. I definitely recommend this law office.
