Review for Law Firm of ANISH VASHISTHA A request for everyone who is reading my review to please share with as many people as anyone can because for an IMMIGRANT being legal in the USA is a very essential part of our lives. Anish Vashistha is one of 13 attorneys I consulted for my Immigration case who was willingly wanting to take up my SPOILT CASE. It was nearly impossible for my case to get it right after an immigration relief company had ruined my case leaving no option for me but to leave the country. I came across Anish through a radio channel and I contacted him and discussed my case. As per other attorneys there was no way out for my case. ANISH, who is most knowledgeable and efficient and takes up a challenge to get positive results, striving for every possible solution that he can, claimed to me to have solution for my case. I was a victim of criminal and fraudulent activity without knowing that it made me out of status. After I knew my immigration status was ruined by that consultant (claiming to be an attorney but he was not)and after getting threatening calls from that consultant that he will make my life ”A living hell” and abusing in every way he could if I do not support him to work for him, ANISH came out with a solution and suggested for me to file a T application. It was not easy for him either to work on my case. He spent close to 6 months to file my T APPLICATION at USCIS. During this 6 months he worked hard as much as he could investing his time knowledge and energy preparing my file by contacting the U.S. Attorney’s Office and discussing my case, filing a complaint with that U.S. Attorney’s Office on my behalf so that I may be protected and no one could harm me. INVESTIGATION TO THE POINT while also KEEPING ME SAFE FROM THE THREAT while I was waiting for decision on my case after 2 long years of a back-and-forth exchange of documents with USCIS, ANISH’S HARD WORK PAID OFF. I received my T STATUS APPROVAL. A MIRACLE OF MY LIFE WAS TRUSTING ANISH FOR MY IMMIGRATION CASE. I must say more than my LUCK it was ANISH’S knowledge and hard work that paid off leaving me with an APPROVAL OF T-1 STATUS. I highly recommend ANISH to everyone who is struggling with their Immigration cases. TRUST IN ANISH VASHISTHA AND HIS FIRM FOR A WAY OUT OF IMMIGRATION RELATED ISSUES WITH POSITIVE RESULTS.

I hired Anish to help me with my Citizenship. I was just uncomfortable doing it on my own as my case was a little complicated. I find Anish to be very professional with very solid attitude. Anish got my case approved, it was not particularly complicated compared to his usual very difficult cases, but it’s def a tricky case w great technical details. I’m happy w Anish Help and recommend him to everyone who wants a competent lawyer who really understands immigration, not only he is a specialist and he has the ability to research extremely precisely to protect your interests, most attorneys do not and they even forget to remind you your routine visits. So after consulting 9 Attorney’s who are all specialists w big names charging $250-350 for a consult and the PR behind them w their big immigration cases and victory. I chose Anish in the end and it was a wise decision. Even during the one year long process with unfinished paperwork, I managed to travel the world and returning with zero issues Becuz of Anish’s great abilities of being well informed of the law and know the answers to such complexity. Do it right from the start. Anish is 5 star in my book. Highly recommend.

Mr. Vashistha is the most reliable, professional, and trust worthy person I have ever met. My husband and I would for ever be grateful to him for the excellent job he did in our case. I will give a brief summary of our case: I applied for my husbands green card since the year 2001 and we went through 2 different attorney's with unsuccessful results on each, by the time my husband contacted Mr. Anish our case folder was so think that any other attorney would of just not take the time to review it, but Anish took our case without hesitation. Once we had our interview with immigration he was very organized and ready to provide the immigration officer with any documentation that was needed. One of the many things I liked about Mr. Vashistha was that he always kept us informed of all the notices sent by immigration and every time we had a question he would reply as soon as he could, we never had issues getting in contact with him. Unfortunately by the time we got in contact with Mr. Vashistha we had already gone through a lot in 14 years, but it only took him about 18 months from the time we first contacted him to the time my husband FINALLY was APPROVED for his GREEN CARD all thanks to the excellent job Mr. Vashistha did in preparing the documentation for our case. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM 100%
