RTA is a substantial ultra high end construction company that engages in luxury homebuilding in Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills and other Southern California communities. David Rudich has been our attorney for many years. His work has been highly skilled and he has great expertise with respect to contractual and regulatory matters, especially with respect to real estate and construction. Also, his fees have consistently been very reasonable.

David has represented me for over twenty years on matters of substance that range from Real Estate Investments as well as General business matters with an emphasis on contract oversight. The attention to detail and legal insight ,born out of many years of practice at the highest levels, is apparent in all of his work. There is a reason as to why I intend to continue to use him, he's is simply the smartest most conscientious lawyer I know.

Mr Rudich has worked with our group on various matters for over 20 years. He is ever there, quick to respond and aggressively address any matter/issue that comes up. His is a cherished relationship, one that has saved us from ourselves on several occasions, and in the process saved us now in the low millions of dollars in operating expenses due to his unflinching grasp of existing and developing law as it applies to our field, which happens to be medical. I'm proud to count him as more than just a friendly acquaintance. He is a friend -- and a powerful one at that.

David has done a lot of work for me over the years. He has managed to find things in contracts that nobody else could catch, and executes things in an incredibly precise manor. He has a tremendous wealth of experience in contracts, intellectual property, entertainment and business in general. He is honest, trustworthy, and extremely talented. David leaves no room for error, and always makes me feel confident that I'm in the most capable hands possible. I can and do trust him with anything and everything.

My only regret about working with David Rudich is that I didn't find him until about seven years ago. He has been invaluable in helping me establish my business. I found him to be a strong advocate as he wrote and negotiated contracts on my behalf. He also gave me invaluable general advice on a start up. He brings decades of experience to the table, and at the same time has a nimble mind which makes him the equal of any situation that might arise. I know him to be a thoughtful, honest and generous man with an acute intelligence.
