I can not recommend Hart Levin enough. I was involved in a horrific DUI accident, and was facing around 5-6 years of county jail time. He was able to have my sentence reduced to 60 days, with probation and some community service. From the moment I met him for my consultation I felt more at ease. He walked me through the possible outcomes, the work he would be doing on my behalf, and what prep work I should be doing to help my case. He is warm and his calm demeanor is infectious which helped me as I was always very nervous. He and his staff are excellent at communicating in a timely manner, and will help you to the best of their abilities. I cannot recommend Hart Levin enough as he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

First off, I had my case dismissed. Secondly, Hart Levin's office is the type of representation you need in your corner. Especially if you care about seeing it through the right way. I never once thought my case was being overlooked or written off. He tells it like it is, but will give you hope that there is a solution. My case took several years to fight a DUI through the court system, but at every painful turn of "when does this ever end", Hart and his office were there to guide me through it. Every nervous phone call and email. My advice is simple if you care about the best possible outcome of your case – listen to what he says. Don't deviate and think you can outsmart whatever your case may be. If he tells you that you need to take classes or get hours of community service, do them. It's been a painful journey going through this court system and there's a lot of things I wish I had handled better, but hiring Hart to be my representation is not one of them. I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for him and his team. So, thank you Hart, from the bottom of my heart.

I found The Law Offices of Hart J. Levin on Yelp. I'd gotten into a spot of trouble with a pretty serious traffic violation. I was put in touch with Matthew Cohen who was my attorney for the duration of the entire case. From the very start, Matthew's positive, calm and cheerful demeanor put me at ease during what was otherwise a stressful time. He was always available for me to reach out to and kept me up to date with the court activities involving my case. He pretty much saved me from a whole lot of trouble and I sincerely feel indebted to him. All in all, if you're looking for an attorney who can get the job done, Matthew is your man! Hart Levin came recommended by a friend. Once I explained my situation he gave me a basic break down how the system works and what to expect. Here is the bottom line, excellent communication. His staff appeared on my behalf for every appearance except the final one where I appeared with one of his staff and had to sign and accept the terms offered. After all previous appearances where I did not have to appear I received a prompt email giving an update. Not having to deal with that stress allowed me to focus on my work. Price was fair and I certainly received more than I paid. Questions were answered promptly. I had no idea the court system and the DMV were separate entities and both departments needed to be addressed. I was able to handle DMV once the system was explained to me. Before my appearance I received a call from Hart after business hours. He is dedicated and calm in his approach.
