After my accident I knew I needed help with dealing with the insurance company and all that goes on with that. After my initial call with James Office I was visited by someone at my home. A car accident is a very traumatic experience that can happen to anyone. Being injured in a car accident is a horrible experience that you don't want to handle yourself. The Insurance companys will not take you seriously as an individual and will do everything in their power to mitigate their responsibilities. I operate my own business and my truck is the center of that business. Any down time is lost revenue and possibly even the loss of existing clients for me. I lost plenty of both because of this accident. I didnt have fancy demands. Fix my truck, replace my equipment that was destroyed, fix my neck so I could turn my head again and reimburse me for my lost income. Well after 2 neck surgeries and a year of PT my neck does what it's suppose to again. My Truck was fixed and my equipment was replaced and once everything was said and done I recieved a handsome settlement for my lost income, pain and suffering. Everything was taken care of. Gabe Vigh and the Team at Sweet James Bergener have helped me in three cases since 2016. Two were injury accidents with moving vehicles while riding my bicycle in Simi Valley. Greg went to bat for me and we were rewarded with a fair settlement. The most recent was another car vs bicycle that killed my brother in Los Angeles. As with my first two accidents, the opposing insurance company tried to claim no fault. Gabe persisted with police reports and witnesses until we were offered a nice settlement. I’m lucky to have survived all this, but fortunately, with the help of Greg and Sweet James, I did not have to deal with insurance companies and other attorneys while handling my own recovery and the death of my brother.
