I am a retired attorney. I selected Custodio and Dubey for a fairly technical dispute regarding rights to insurance proceeds because I read a well written legal article by Miguel Custodio on exactly the issue. The firm assisted in maximizing my recovery under my auto insurance policy, and negotiating a fair settlement with my health insurance carrier and Medicare, who were entitled to a portion of those proceeds. In particular, Custodio and Dubey found a way to have my auto insurance carrier acknowledge a higher coverage amount than I had anticipated. The firm's staff, including reception, intake processing personnel, and the paralegal assigned to my case, were all very pleasant, professional and very well trained. They greatly assisted in providing prompt and clear communication. Miguel Custodio was involved throughout, and provided wise counsel and the necessary expertise. The results were highly satisfactory.

Recently, I experienced a hit and run and was at a lost on what to do. I called c&d which may have been the best thing I did.
