Custodio and Dubey is amazing, I wasn’t sure where to go until I found this place on google. They were so through and helpful through the full process of my case, always available to answer my questions. I was grateful to be treated so well here. Miguel is a lifesaver, he was able to explain the full process from to start to finish. Amazing I didn’t have to do much work other than a view documents to sign and my statements. Honestly, truly amazing. I would definitely recommend C&D to anyone.

I spoke to Oscar at Custodio and Dubey regarding an ad I saw asking if I’d bought a certain product involving deceptive marketing practices. I was shocked to learn how many products are actually misrepresented in their advertising campaigns. Attorney Robert Abiri, was able to explain the process for me and answered any questions I had. It’s good to know that there are firms out there looking out for the interest of the consumer.
