A top notch, smart firm.

I just want to thank Chris and his team at CBS Law. They got my case dropped which had me completely speechless, God is so good. Their office was persistent with my case and made sure I knew the steps and the process to give me the comfort I needed with the unknown. Going through the court process by yourself can be a scary thing, even more so when they try to hit you with the max charges, like time in jail, community service, max hours of multiple classes, high penalties and fees and the list goes on and on.. Now on the other hand, retaining an attorney who will go above and beyond with extensive knowledge of the law and will fight for you with every blood and sweat, making moves in court with great confidence and years of experience makes an enormous difference. Not to mention, how attentive and professional he is throughout the process. Treating you like a companion rather than just a number, clarifying any concerns, giving you the best advice depending on your case. I would say this was the best choice I have ever made regarding court issues and even the cost for services was more than fair. I would give more than 5 stars if I could ! This is a very Honest , upfront Attorney. My case was something based on a very new Law and my case was one of the first to be worked . He did tons of research and won my case . He was very vested in this . Hopefully I will not need a Lawyer again but if I do He is the right person for the job .

This firm recently hired me to do an investigation. Andrew Craft was the attorney. My process is to send a contract (which stipulates costs and expenses) and then get a retainer. I hardly got any information on the case and informed him that this subject lived in an area that needed pre surveillance, two investigators, and that it would be pricey. I contacted him on SEVERAL occasions. He was rude and short with me and said, “do what you gotta do”. After doing pre surveillance and conducting a full day of investigation, he informs me to stop and then two weeks later sends me a text saying bluntly…we’re done. You’ll get your balance. I mean, he’s rude and doesn’t have the patience obviously to talk to ppl he is working with. Very unprofessional and if he worked for me and talked to contractors that way…he’d definitely be looking for another job.

Calling the office of Mr. Rodriguez was the smartest thing I've done. I was in limbo with the USCIS on hold for about 3 years. I acquired Mr. Rodriguez services and in less than 2 months i became a citizen.
