After my accident last year, where my car was totaled, I began to research different law offices that would take on my case. Most of the attorneys I spoke to threw out a bunch of law jargon and seemed to be unfit to handle a case, especially one where their client was actually experiencing problems due to their accident. But, the attorneys West Coast Trial Lawyers were different. During my consultation they made sure to ask how I was feeling as a result of the accident, and seemed to care about my well being, which was a nice change of pace. My case was handled with care and expertise. And though the attorneys at WCTL had a caseload larger than most, they kept me in the loop with everything that was going on with my case and were quick to answer any questions I had. Though I hope to never be in a similar situation again, I know who I will go to if I am! Shortly after my case they handled the cases of 2 of my friends, both of them were satisfied and thanked me for the referral!

I was referred to West Coast Trial Lawyers when I got into a violent accident while driving southbound on 405 freeway. The vehicle behind me rear-ended me at a very high speed and my car was deemed total loss. I think I made the best decision ever because my case was handled very smoothly and promptly. What I liked most about this office is how attentive the employees and attorneys are to each particular case. I was in awe in the care and attention my case was given. Experiencing a vehicle collision is a really traumatic and insurance companies make it extra stressful with all the paperwork and recorded statements until liability is decided. However, after filing my case with WCTL, I felt less stressed since they took care of everything, I was immediately given a rental car, the legal assistant found a doctor for me so I could receive physical therapy for my back pain and they handled all the insurance calls. The legal assistants and case managers would always call me and follow up on my case and they would update with each event that happened throughout my case. The way this office handled my case was very professional; the attorneys, especially Pedram and Allen with whom I spoke to several times, were very respectful and tried to explain everything to me as my case progressed through the various stages all the way to settlement. Unlike other law offices, this office is very quick to respond back to emails and phone calls. I definitely recommend WCTL to anyone who gets into an accident. I was very happy with the settlement and the entire process and how my case was handled from A to Z. Not only were the lawyers bale to negotiate my case so I could get reimbursed for my medical treatments but also I was able to walk out with little extra money on the side so I could purchase a new vehicle.
