I was a pedestrian on my way back home when I was struck By a car. I don't remember much from the accident because Everything happened so quickly and when I woke up I was in a hospital bed. Turns out that the person who hit me was driving under the influence while on the job. My family and I searched through plenty of law firms who would handle a case like mine and after some research we felt good enough to have West Coast Trial Lawyers help me through the legal process. Now that my case has settled after a year of battling with the insurance company I am very happy with the settlement and the overall outcome of my case.

5 stars all the way. If I could give more stars I would. After my accident, I was stuck with thousands of dollars in medical bills. Alan contacted my health insurance company, Blue Shield, and the hospital and negotiated my bills down to pennies on the dollar. I couldn't believe it. I'm so happy I was referred to WCTL by a family member. They more than made up for their fees and made the whole experience a breeze.

October 2016 I was on my way home from taking my siblings out for the night. Little did I know I was about to be in a very serious car accident. Fortunately I decided to drop off my siblings at home before stopping at the convient store. I was on my way back home at a stop light on Figueroa and Main Street when I was rear ended by a car going 50mph on a 35mph street. I was pushed into the middle of the intersection but some how I was able to grab my phone and daily 911. I was immediately rushed to the hospital where I suffered from mjor injuries. After being released from the hospital I decided to seek legal representation and found West Coast Trial Lawyrts. They got medical attention very quickly and I was extremely happy with all the doctors who I treated with. I'm wrote this review out of graditude for this firm for all their hard work. I highly recommend this office.
