I am grateful for the Eanet team. I had a personally challenging case that necessitated a hard decision involving an employer who had been like family for decades. Eanet never pushed me to go one way or the other, but instead I received not only education, but supportive listening that allowed me to activate a powerful choice that I hoped would protect other employees. Thankfully, they did the organizing and putting a timeline to emails and documents. I had to find them but thankfully didn’t have to reread them all. The other thing that I found helpful was Eanet knew the labour/employee laws really well, and were very clear what I had been through was not ok. The legal action was not fun or easy, but it was healing and completed the incidents in my mind. With this kind of action there is no victory lap…but wisdom is gained as well as great compassion for others who have experienced similar events. I would say working with the Eanet team is like taking a personal growth workshop with a solid team that allow you to build the strengths you need to make change happen in the world.
