My experience was excellent . Kevin Crockett worked on my case - all medical appointments were made for me and all medical bills were taken care of. Kevin’s communication with me was consistent and compassionate and I never doubted his commitment to doing his very best.

Dropped my case because it’s not lucrative enough, automatically refereed me to a trial attorney that neglected my case. NEVER STARTED TREATMENT. I was severely injured and sweet James never set me up with a chiropractor. I was suffering in pain and did not get any treatment until I found a new attorney. After talking to my doctor, chiropractor, new lawyers, they all told me that I should have started treatment immediately, and that Sweet James totally dropped the ball. I am suffering more pain directly as a result of selfish uncompassionate staff at this law firm. Right now it’s 4am, I can’t sleep cause my back is in agony and I can’t stop thinking about how my case was neglected by these incompetent selfish monsters. Usually when I write a 1 star review it’s because the food or service was bad. This 1 star review is because I am literally suffering more pain directly as a result of sweet James negligence. This is the worst review I have ever written about any business or service. Because it has negatively impacted me more than anybody else. SHAME ON SWEET JAMES BERGENER

I had an accident that left me in a lot of pain and without the movement of my arm and neck, I started my treatment at my doctor and it wasn't solving anything, so I heard on the radio a advertisement from the law firm Sweet James, and I decided to call, so they decided to accept my case, then my life started to change, I had treatment with great doctors, when it was necessary to speak, I always called and without difficulty resolved what I needed, I got well and returned to my life as it was before the accident, and with money enough to solve all my financial problems. I want to thank Sweet James for all his hard work and for all the top quality team, special thanks to Rana Abuershaid and his team for all their professional work and also for the loving words when I felt sad. Thank you!!

Earlier this year I was involved in a terrible car accident. I had never been in this situation before so I had no idea what to do, or where to begin. Thankfully my sister had recommended me to Gabriel. When I first called I was extremely nervous about the phone call but, as we spoke about the situation he did a great job putting my mind at ease. Gabriel and Soledad were very professional, kind, and respectful. They made this entire process flow very smoothly for my wife and I. Any questions/ concerns we had were answered in a great timely manner. I would highly recommend Gabriel Vigh any day in a heart beat.

I was in a car accident on June 22 2018. My mother in law was with me! She was 80 at the time! I was so scared I would lose her, but in her normal, I'm always fine, fashion, she was only worried about me. We were literally like 5 houses away from my house! I have never needed to have an attorney before and Sweet James Bergener was recommended by another attorney friend of mine. I specifically worked with a Ms. Rana Abuershaid, atty from their office. Every time I called, they were patient, responsive, answered all my questions and concerns, and did all the footwork that was necessary since I was dealing with a severe car accident with brain injury. They were always generous with their time and I believe I got the best results I could have gotten based on my situation. Sweet James Bergener law firm is one of its own, not may law firms take "Dog Bite" cases, This law firm did, The same day i called the law firm an investigator from the law firm came to my home took pictures of all my dog bites, Got my statement and copies of all my evidence not to exclude the location where it happened. the investigator made me feel comfortable that i had the right law firm on my side. Kevin Crockett was my acting attorney for the law firm, He was always giving me updates on my case and he took a nothing "Dog Bite" case and turned it in to quite a payout, He did work effortlessly to get me the best he could and i appreciate everything he did for me. Kevin always was a professional an gave me honest assessments of where my case may go and what may happen with it. I never had any doubt he would do his best.
