I could not be happier with my experience with Sweet James. My personal lawyer from the firm, Ryan Cooper, was amazingly helpful and effective.

Although my case took longer than originally promised the outcome was surprising. After months of negotiating with all parties in my case Mr. Jean Paul Jamarne went above and beyond to insure a better settlement. He took the time to explain in detail where the disbursements of funds were going. He listened patiently to questions & concerns I had and understood them answering all of them to my satisfaction. After informing me of the final cash settlement he called with unexpected news the next day awarding me even more. A car accident is a very traumatic experience that can happen to anyone. Being injured in a car accident is a horrible experience that you don't want to handle yourself. The Insurance companys will not take you seriously as an individual and will do everything in their power to mitigate their responsibilities. I operate my own business and my truck is the center of that business. Any down time is lost revenue and possibly even the loss of existing clients for me. I lost plenty of both because of this accident. I didnt have fancy demands. Fix my truck, replace my equipment that was destroyed, fix my neck so I could turn my head again and reimburse me for my lost income. Well after 2 neck surgeries and a year of PT my neck does what it's suppose to again. My Truck was fixed and my equipment was replaced and once everything was said and done I recieved a handsome settlement for my lost income, pain and suffering. Everything was taken care of. All because of a phone call. I was in a horrible place and the people at Sweet James took care of me when I couldn't do it for myself, helped heal my injuries and Aggressively Lawyered on my behalf.
