Gabe Vigh and the Team at Sweet James Bergener have helped me in three cases since 2016. Two were injury accidents with moving vehicles while riding my bicycle in Simi Valley. Greg went to bat for me and we were rewarded with a fair settlement. The most recent was another car vs bicycle that killed my brother in Los Angeles. As with my first two accidents, the opposing insurance company tried to claim no fault. Gabe persisted with police reports and witnesses until we were offered a nice settlement. I’m lucky to have survived all this, but fortunately, with the help of Greg and Sweet James, I did not have to deal with insurance companies and other attorneys while handling my own recovery and the death of my brother.

I had a car accident and needed my car replaced and my injuries dealt with. I went to Sweet James and Philip Younglove and Chloe Hunt handled my case. They worked efficiently and diligently, and got me a very very fair settlement for my injuries. I would not hesitant to call Sweet James for any accident issues. Their attorneys, as mentioned above, are amazing.

It all started on one of 2018's most beautiful sunny days. I was a victim of a very nasty 3 truck accident while waiting at a red light. And It was to be my last work stop of the day forever perhaps .?☹ and in less time than it take to type this sentence it all changed! ...Boy did it ever. Through no fault to me or the other truck joined to my rear and drivers side .And my new doormate cruched i to my passenger side .( at fault and still talking into the phone ) A second to gather my thoughts so many ! my work truck totalled . My arm and knees killing me from steering wheel . My neck had a very wierd hot sensation . i was trying to ignore during climb out and checking on other drivers . Adrenaline is a funny thing .After F.D arrived i was able to fix a few leak in chemical tanks and secure truck safely . I knew at the minuite . I was gonna need help . Big help !! riding home with a friend i dialed sweet james, having heard about his company on my favorite radio station. I liked his go get him style . I decided thats my firm . Abit about myself im an not to old battleship sailor , i do mess around and hold a very high standard and very very low b.s level. Im very good at spotting weather my expectations will be met . From my first conversation with the firm i was impressed. A meeting at my home the very next morning even brought that feeling up a higher standard. Its was made clear to me i would have the best medication care . Assistance with things work related .Basically Sweet James and staff world assist and help keep my world moving while i would heal and start on my journey to get whole again . And to that. I was provided with one of the smartest , kindest ,attorneys i will ever come to know .Gabriel Vigh . This man went through so much with me ( probably more than i needed lol🙂👍) He cared i mean that doesn't sould sufficient, this dude walked through the muddy, nasty dark trench with me He really, really got in with me. Never in the year plus this ordeal did he leave my side . Not just a yes man . He shared knowledge, advice and sometimes just a football conversation. in other words....He took the energy to get Me ! and all my quirks and expectations. The one Vacation he took i was in so many capable understanding members of staff Elaina Barsky and Solodad Ledesma . Believe me after and while recovery all alone from surgery. those young ladies were there , even if i only needed to vent a fear or needed a voice on the other end of the line . I have trouble describing in words how my heart remembers all the care i was showed . I wasn't just a client or $ I was john to them . I was very real as they were to me . My family and I owe more than money pay to these most caring capable folks . Not to mention Andrew Cronin my head lien negotiator. Worked not just 9 to 5's So my family would enjoy more sucurity in the way of trimming down medical cost , hence helping my family keep as secure financially as possible . Pure magic this man is . I could talk for a week. but ill sum up. Sweet James. ( who was reachable always and alot of fun to talk to and his wonderful staff , and tools, and Culture . allowed me and my family to walk out of that nightmare a better man, with my familys future secured . The best way to close is . They Are who they Say They Are !!! Gabe i love ya dude! And i will really miss you all. Elaina , Sol ,Andrew, And yes Sweet James himself . Sweet James bergener is an absolute scam and sham of a lawyer's office.need to be very careful to read the very small fine print on your agreement contract withthem as when they tell you it's 30% is what their fees are 4-1 they're not telling you is 30% is off the total settlement amount given to you this is before medical bills are paid everything else secondlythey don't tell you that that's only good for 30 days if your offer is settled within 30 days if not a goes up to 40%.I was given $17,000 by the insurance company from my accent when I got rear-ended me at 55 miles an hour for sitting in a while sitting at a stoplight.this terrible law firm took 40% right off the top of the 17,000 then negotiate medical bills and left me with a grin whopping total of $4,000 in settlement money for myself. While they themselves took over six grand for lawyer fees. When I asked about this they told me that it goes up to 40% after the first 30 days if is not settle within 30 days this law firm pass me between three different lawyers to my first two letters left the law firm or no longer work for the law firm is all I was told in three different Bill negotiation managers to of which left the law firm and who I can never get ahold of or would return my calland everytime I did talk to them they told me they were waiting for a call back this or that but they would wait 3 4 5 6 days before they would force the issue when they never got a call back from the othermedical provider. Plani simple sweet James bergener and his law firm screwed methey took over six grand worth of top of my $17,000 settlement not 40% out of the total amount available after medical bills were paid but 40% of the total settlement money given to me before medical bills were paid then I was passed between multiple lawyers and multiple bill negotiators which caused my process to take away more than 30 days and move their percentage from 30% up to 40%. Do not ever uses letters again they are scam artists typical lawyers using the fine print to screw you over

The team from Sweet James Bergner took excellent care with my case as well as keeping me updated on the case at hand. I found that Kevin Crockett was a pleasure to talk to and if i had any question that he could help me with he would take his time to answer me. My case manager was excellent as well. Kristine helped a lot answering questions as well. Thank you Kevin and Kristine for being there for me when i didn't know where to go or what to do with the case!!!
