So I hit a lamp post and totaled my car as the airbag deployed, well I wasn't hurt, no one else was hurt but the cat wouldn't move and I had no AAA or roadside assistance, so I left the car (parked off to the side, emergency lights on) with the intention of coming back with someone who had AAA. In that time the cops saw the car on the road and impounded it. I was then informed the car was held for evidence as they actually assumed it was a hit and run and that I fled the scene!! Which obviously was not the case as I called my insurance and made my claim but it felt like the cops were basically trying to charge me for being too broke to afford a tow truck at the time of the accident. A friend suggested I get an attorney to avoid this becoming a way bigger headache and thankfully THESE GUYS CAME TO THE RESCUE!! I was not only infuriated at the situation but literally all other law offices gave me no options to be able to afford the retainer! The offices of Hart J Levin understood I am a regular working man who might not have money available at the drop of a dime! They listened to my situation and had no problem working with me! They gave me peace of mind, responded quickly to any questions I had, took care of everything, and no charges were filed. Thank you Hart and Richard!!
