Mr. Alves responded to Evvo questions I have inquired about WC case. Thru Evvo posting, I was able to email him and ask if I can send him WC case documents and concurrent DFEH related labor law cases. I posted my email address so that he can contact me back via email. I sent inordinate amout of case documents via email and also thru Google drop down share drive he was kind to sent to me. He spent reviewing all those documents over both days of Saturday and Sunday weekend and got back to me via email on Sunday afternoon that he will be taking my labor law case. I asked him to place on hold reviewin WC case for now. He was very understanding of my urgency needs and was willing to take his valuable weekend rest time in reviewing my cases over the weekend.
