Excellent estate advice

We did not have a good experience with Ms. Carney. It is as difficult to even speak with her. She hired another attorney to assist with my mother’s estate who was horrid. This attorney was hostile to my sister and myself and wracked up charges. I would not recommend this law firm.

Janis Carney helped guide me and my best friend through the process of preparing our legal documents to ensure our wishes would be met either due to serious illness or death. These were not cookie-cutter documents but documents geared toward our individual needs. And Janis guided us with her extensive experience and knowledge even after the documents were drawn up. We were not pressured to sign anything until we fully understood the legal and personal implications--even to the point of making sure any pets were taken care of. I'm also impressed that we are not forgotten after we have completed this first step. Janis offers ongoing seminars to help all her clients (and the general public) understand what legal steps are important as we continue to age or make changes in our lives. The peace of mind we now have cannot be emphasized enough.
