Joshua helped me to understand some of the rules and procedures around easements on private property and found some related official documents for my property which I had not been given as part of the purchase. This was very helpful.

Was looking for help with a private easement move....called around to a few attorneys and most were clueless to useless, with one advising that I should just move it and keep quiet. Josh took the time to hear me out, gave a clear plan for what needed to be done, got it done ahead of time and was able to make the change recorded with no issues at all. Overall a great experience.

I had a real Estate contract that wasn't working out. I was referred to Josh by ARAG, a legal insurance service. Because of poor information in the ARAG database, I was first referred to a substandard attorney who wasted valuable time by not returning phone calls and incorrectly listing the location of their address. I immediately reached out to Josh who was quick to respond, listen and become engaged promptly. This was critical due to the lost time caused by the first lawyer and the contract deadlines.
