Couldn't get her to return calls, didn't have her heart in my case. Missed the filing date for my writ upon appeal so I filed it myself. After the deadline she surfaced and asked when the date is. Works without a staff so it's all you and her. Filed a complaint with the state bar and found out she had 2 other complaints going on. Result: Lost my case and probably the appeal. She just disappears.
