Says everything you want and need to hear. Knowledgable, but...... too passive and after getting paid can't seem to return calls or keep you updated on your case. You start to feel you're a number and way back at the end of the line. Has potential but lacks the compassion and understanding of the importance of a client needing an attorney who will not only fight for them, but will do what they say they will and follow through.
