The level of service received from an attorney is based on his knowledge of the law and his personal integrity. I used this attorney to perform an unlawful detainer and will never use him again. I found his knowledge of civil law was very limited and he constantly wanted to charge more money. There are a lot of good honest attorneys out there who are above reproach. James is very knowledgeable and personable attorney who genuinely cares about his clients and works very hard for the best possible outcome. In may of 2011 i was arrested for a PC 422 Terrorist Threat charge, reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor, as well as counselling in lieu of a year in jail.
