This lawyer robbed me of 2500 he did nothing for my case didn’t show up to court he’s too old to even still be working don’t hire him he lies and he in not professional I had to fire him big mistake don’t use him

Mr. Krueger basically stole $5,000 from me. He was given $5k to represent me and my GF in a separate instance. He showed for court late once completely unprepared for her DUI case. The other part of the deal was he was supposed to help myself get rid of some things on my record from a long time ago. Over a six month period he would not return phone calls or simply reply he was too busy even after he was paid the $5,000. He made no attempt to return the money or do the job he was hired for. I was advised by other attorneys I had very to little no other recourse of action in this matter except to give him bad reviews and warn others not to use his services. The other person who left a negative review for Mr. Krueger sounds like they had the same experience. This man is a complete fraud and will rip you off. Do not use the services of Phillip Krueger. Also this posted under Stockton Badger but the name is actually Jacob Tyler. Mr Krueger was working with a DUI firm in Stockton and there are various receipts and records that this actually happened if he disputes it. The only issue is it would cost more to sue him over the money he stole than would be received.

Mr Kruger was my friends lawyer and he fought his case and did good job then my friend recommended me to hire Mr Kruger and he got my 2 serious case dismiss in stanislaus county and that was awesome that was unexpected I really appreciate Mr Phillip Kruger he took little time but he did good job he had explained me in beginning that it’s gonna take some time n court dates

I have utilized Mr. Krueger for multiple legal needs. He has always been extremely helpful and thorough. When working with Mr. Krueger, the outcome is never a surprise because he is always honest and forthright throughout the process. I highly recommend him.

We hired Mr. Kruger for a federal case in Sacramento. He sounded like he was competent and willing to work with his client Gary. He was willing to accept payments for the retainer. Soon after it became hard for Gary to reach him. In a 9month period he only saw Gary at court and two other times. With much frustration phone calls were arranged on recorded jail phones even though Gary requested to see him. Per client, Mr Kruger never sat down and discussed his case in detail. He was late for court and out of requests for copies of motions, docket and bill only one motion was received. Gary terminated his services. We then received the bill which took the whole retainer. He charged 2-3 hours for 30 minute court appearance and each phone call, voicemail etc was billed. It seems extravagant and uncontested to charge clients and family 15.00 to leave a message to talk, and to billed for his secretary to leave a message or accept a letter. We were unsatisfied with his representation and seemed more time spent with billing than defending his client. .
