Thanks again! ----------------------------------------------------------- I contacted Mr. Moore’s office in mid-July to discuss bankruptcy options. I never got to speak with him personally. All of my contact was with his assistant, Tiffany. I was instructed to complete their 25-page Questionnaire providing every bit of personal information regarding our bank statements, pay stubs, tax returns, SSN and ID’s, retirement statements, statements for every single debt, etc. This is a time-consuming project that took hours upon hours to gather, download, and email all the requested documentation. At the beginning of August, they finally ran our credit reports. Tiffany advised she would give all the information to Mr. Moore for review. All the while, our payments were falling behind and we were stressing out about everything. After three weeks of waiting, and stressing, we decided to find another attorney. Since several weeks had passed, we had to provide all the same, but updated, information to the new attorney. Unfortunately, I was back to square one spending hours gathering updated information for our new attorney. For the record, it is now three months since we provided all our sensitive information to this attorney, and we still have not heard anything from either Tiffany or Michael Moore. What a disappointing and stressful experience. I sure hope they at least shredded all our paperwork! I would not recommend Michael Moore for legal representation.

I was extremely satisfied with my service from the Law offices of Michael Moore. My case needed a little extra attention and took a little longer then anticipated to finalize but Mr. Moore stayed the course to get the outcome I was hoping for. I am truly grateful to him as he helped me and my family in ways he will never know, simply by doing his job and doing it well. Thank you Mr. Moore and Tiffany.

Very poor communication, they had me spend money to secure supplementary documents they said they needed, and then later told me they would not represent me in court.

My wife and I were supposed to file jointly and ended up having a falling out and now are in the middle of a divorce. After we already paid in full for the both of us my wife went into the office and changed to filing individually and got a partial refund back leaving me high and dry and without a chunk of change.

I did everything I needed to do and he did what he could and got it reduced to a wet and reckless, which saved me lots of money and reduced probation time.
