Diane Marmolejo is a GREAT attorney. I needed to get a prenup done and I left her little to no time to do so (close to my wedding date). That being said, she managed to exceed all of my expectations with regards to the thoroughness of the Prenup and attention to detail. She also assisted me in finding representation for my wife. I told her about my financial concerns both future and present, and she created a Prenup that covered everything that I asked for with additional protections that I would have been SOL without. She was professional, courteous and extremely accommodating. Getting a Prenup done is not fun. Not only when dealing with your significant other, but also money wise. She managed to keep my stress low by calming me and assuring me that all would be done prior to my wedding date. She also calmed me down by her in depth knowledge of the law. All was done in time and as promised. I highly recommend Diane and my sincerest thank you to her!

I am writing this review because of my great experience with this law office. I can't just say thank you and forget about their hard work and dedication. My case could have escalated to be a much bigger deal. If it was not for this law office I don't want to imagine how it would end. I called around to other law offices and most of them either could not come to represent me in such an incredibly short notice or they agreed to come but for a price that I couldn't afford. Some of them were trying to scare me and made it sound very serious just to charge more money. At that point, I really believed that I would have to be on my own or just use a public defender which could be ok (if you are really lucky enough to get a good one). However, just when I began to lose hope and called the last couple numbers in my list, that when I got into the unexpected conversation with this office. I was so surprised in how nice, kind and patient they were. He tried so hard to make it sound very small to calm me down instead of trying to scare me like the others. The whole thing was too good to be true so in the beginning I was not sure, if it was real or just a joke or some kind of scam. I was still a little skeptical until Mr. Welch the lawyer showed up earlier than I expected like he knew I was worried. Instead of rushing for the fee, he asked for my papers and worked on them right away. He did his job so well, so professional and got me out of trouble fast and easily. Mr. Craig also helped me clear all the misunderstandings with court a day after even they had already got paid in full. David and Craig have no idea how much difference they bring to other people's lives, how much it means to people who have no where to turn to and how grateful they are. Lawyers like you are very rare to me and probably to many others too. I think it is so inspiring to know that good lawyers with heart still exist and are there to help.

They will take your money. And then take more. Double billers. Will drop you and your case if you don't pay more. Will offer contingency after an initial large payment. Yet. Then they will ask for money or substitution of attorney. And they will hold your files hostage until you agree to a substitution of attorney. One worker told me off the record. That Voss himself said "he couldn't refund money because he had already spent it."

I have dealt with Art and his firm for over 15 years. In every instance my needs have been met in a professional and expedient manner. I highly recommend this firm to all needing a competent attorney for their estate planning needs.
