I inquired about my case and the secretary told me they will not take the case (catherine, i believe). When asked why, she told me "we cannot tell you why". When i offered an appointment, she immediately jumped ahead saying "yeah we could, its $1000 an hour, are you willing to pay?" I then asked to speak with someone else in the office, to which she replied, none of them is available, they are all having lunch, when i asked get a call back or when can i call back to speak with someone else, the secretary hung up the phone! This office is a joke!

I could not have asked for a better law firm to represent me in one of the most traumatizing experiences that happened in my life. The level of professionalism as well as compassion Jim and his team had were extremely helpful during such a time. Not only did I get justice with this team backing me up, I gained a friend through the experience.
