Case took nearly 3 years to get settled. He was not honest, truthful or open about the progress of my case. I never received case documents even after asking several times. He withheld money I was awarded. Then after settlement let me know in an email he “mishandled” my money. I don’t know how he could still be eligible to practice. He is unethical and a thief! He has been reported to the California Bar and is under investigation.

I cannot get ahold of him for the past half a year. I cannot even get my case moved!

Without trying to be dramatic I have to say Tom saved my life. I was at the darkest point in my life with a soon to be X determined to ruin me. I found Tom by chance and all I was hoping for at that point was not to wind up never seeing my kids and flat broke. Tom’s calm demeanor helped out of the gate, I was panicked and he was the opposite.
