Brian took the time to answer some questions for me when he absolutely didn't have to. I know that attorney's time is valuable, so a big thank-you to Brian for helping to answer some basic insurance questions!

Brian is prompt and communicates very well. I find this to be very important. He was dedicated to my cause and always kept me informed. After I was hit while crossing the street, I knew that I was anxious about the right legal path to take. Brian Carness relieved my anxiety about the process and provided a clear path to a full settlement. At each decision point, Brian clearly outlined the decision to be made and the pros and cons of each. Most importantly though, he then offered great recommendations consistent with my expressed values and priorities. Brian secured a better outcome than I had anticipated and did so in a positive and professional way.

I didn't know what to expect. This was the first time I worked with a lawyer and I have to say I was nervous. With the general stereotype surrounding lawyers' that many people have, I tired my best to remove those thoughts from my head before I approached Brian. But as soon as I met Brain I got a sense of ease and I immediate felt safe that this person was here to help me in whatever way he could offer. In regards to what my case was, I was in a motorcycle accident and Brian was able to get a settlement that went above and beyond. Again, I have no idea what to expect, and that is what made him so great. He took the time to explain any and all questions. His communication was stellar. Not once did I have to call him back a second time after leaving a message. He always responded to my calls in some form of communication the same day. E-mailing me whatever statements and letters for my record. I put my totally trust in falling his advice because I realized this is a lawyer who knows his trade and that my best course of action was to take his advice in how we approached situations involving my case as they arose. I do not plan on needing a lawyer in the future but it is a comfort knowing if I do, I know who I would give a call to, Brian Carness.

Brian Carness represented me for a motorcycle collision. The police report placed me at-fault. But Brian Carness was able to get me the full policy limits from the other driver’s insurance company AND he got the policy limits on my own Uninsured Motorist Coverage. Brian Carness came up with a very creative strategy to get me the most for my injuries. Brian Carness kept me constantly updated on the status of my case. He quickly returned all phone calls and emails. He is very honest,trustworthy and has done more for me than what I have ever expected.

I don’t want to waste anytime time talking about why I needed to retain Mr. Brian Carness’s services because that will take up entirely too much time from what I’m here to talk about, which is him. From the first encounter this gentleman was nothing but upfront and honest with me. Now I will say this, I had a lawyer prior to Mr. Carness who showed me he was not really interested in my case; which confused me because he agreed to be my lawyer. But I’m so glad that his lack of interest and time paid off in the end (pun intended). His absence caused me to seek other counsel (Insert Mr. Brian Carness ESQ.) So, had not it been for his [the previous lawyer] negligence, I would have never gotten the opportunity to be represented by Mr. Carness . I’m very thankful our paths crossed and I’m glad to know I have a trustworthy lawyer I can call on. Mr. Carness is magnificent at what he does. You don’t find too many people who are not only professional at all times but most importantly, honest in letting you what’s to be expected. Mr. Carness went above and beyond the call of duty. Brian assisted in my case. I was amazed at how well he quickly got up to speed and was an integral part of my case. He was prepared every time we met and answered all my questions. Brian was extremely kind and understanding of my situation. I had been injured at a hotel, and was suing the hotel. He was always responsive when I asked questions, and took the time to explain things to me. I gave him an amount I would be happy with settling, and an amount I would be extremely happy with, and he got me more than what I would be extremely happy with.
