I'm OP on a NINE MONTH MARRIAGE.. My even dumber Husband hired this clown of an attorney to get our divorce done.. this attorney sent me a Judgment which was completely wrong-I sent it back to them at the beginning of May to make corrections and changes. They finally sent it to me yesterday and it is still wrong. This office -Andrew R..is incompetent. Do not hire him. I've been a Family Law paralegal for 20 years and I can do this stuff in my sleep. I sent them a judgment that I prepared with all the mandatory forms, and they chose to send me back their judgment, which again was completely incorrect.

He was very rude, and unprofessional, talked over me over the phone, we never met, DID NOT answer the petition in time, and did not respond to many of my emails about my concerns, one day, suddenly I found out that he quit my case and someone else from Marble Law ended up calling me to finish his paperwork... at some point, I thought he was working for the opposing party... definitely I wasted my money on this guy... PLEASE don't do the same.

A very odd and unprofessional experience. I was referred to Andrew by Legal Shield. The initial call was great, and I sent him the file on my case. After review, we spoke again, and instead of taking the case on contingency, Andrew wanted to do a retainer with hourly plus contingency, which I agreed to, and even insisted on increasing the contingency percentage. I told him I could fund the retainer and start the case in about three weeks. At this point, his demeanor changed significantly, and it got awkward. He then told me to call him back when I was ready to start and that he wouldn't sent the agreement to be reviewed until then. Odd, but I agreed. I called him back sooner than originally forecast, 20 days later, ready to start the case and fund the retainer, but it went to voice mail. Over the next few days I left several voicemails and texts until I finally got a text reply that he wasn't interested in working with me. I said I was sorry to hear that, and asked why but did not receive a reply. I sent a follow-up asking for the reason, but still no reply. Very unprofessional; should have believed the other reviews.

Rude, disrespectful, not professional.

Horrible experience horrible outcome he was not thorough I do not recommend using him the communication was bad between us his argument during the case was weak he literally did the bare minimum and when I first talked to him he was rude and his communication with me was off but he seemed very knowledgeable but he did nothing but file paperwork and he did the hearing remotely I was in the dark 90% of the time but I guess you get what you pay for I do not recommend him or marble law bad experience and very disappointing

Mr. Rosenfeld is an amazing attorney he helped me tremendously with my case!! He doesn’t hold back gets straight into the point is extremely thorough during the court hearings he went as far as even asking the judge for clarification! 😊👍🏻 I’ve never seen that within attorneys ever, even way before the court hearing we had constant communication the entire time! He’s very honest, straightforward, respectful and his willingness to provide as much help to his clients as much as he possibly can is amazing!!! He deserves more stars!!!! He doesn’t fill a jar full with hope instead he gives you truth!! Understand if you want an attorney who’s willing to represent the truth in your case he’s your guy!!! FYI Shannon is amazing she’s a very respectful assistant relays messages very quickly and very well when needed! Very organized!! 👍🏻 They are a very powerful team!! Mr Armand Thruston You're such a brilliant lawyer I am so grateful for your passion ,dedication, and professionalism with my case you were very patient when dealing with me and I appreciate you for that I know I overloaded you with information but you accepted every piece of information and handled it with care I've hired lawyers before, but you are truly the best l've ever worked with excellent lawyer I would absolutely refer him to a friend Great Work ,5 star rating from me

I just want to say for all the negative comments saying this and that about him, YOU WANT THAT IN AN ATTORNEY! IMAGINE HIM INSIDE THE COURT ROOM, He controls the conversation and bottom line he is right, he doesn’t waste his time and he isn’t going to waste yours either he makes valid points that would be found to be foundational in a court room! If anyone doesn’t like to waste their time it’s THE JUDGE and Mr. ROSENFELD isn’t going to waste the judges time, he isn’t going to be pushed around either this attorney handles his business like a Boss. I couldn’t be more happier to have him represent me I needed someone like him!!!

I hope that Mr. Rosenfeld is honest enough to publicly apologize for his critical big mistake of not showing up in court, causing my case that was in favor, be dismissed/delayed today. What a big, blunder by Mr. Rosenfeld!

Having lost my total income as my son’s caregiver when he passed in January 2021 due to respiratory complications from Covid 19, I found myself financially incapacitated for two complete years, being unable to pay my rent and barely able to settle my bills. Two weeks before Thanksgiving 2021, I received my legal documents from my landlord’s attorney for a court date to discuss eviction. My stress is now alleviated so much and I am thankful to him for arranging the right terms for my continued stay in my home. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Mr Armand Thruston to anybody facing the issue of eviction. My gratitude, faith and thanks shall always remain with him. I highly recommend Mr. Rosenfeld. He is such an amazing person. He helped me with an outrageous guardianship case against me and then with my divorce. Won the guardianship in a matter of minutes. There really is no winner in a divorce only compromise. Mr. Rosenfeld does not sugar coat the reality of the situation that you are in. He lays out the options and possible outcomes and does let you choose, but he does not give you false hope. He is extremely knowledgeable and will fight for you like you are family. His office assistant Shannon is such an wonderful woman. She is kind and attentive and makes you feel like you are the most important client, even though they have many and I'm sure everyone feels that way. They are a great team. I highly reccomend them to everyone and I did have to compromise in my case. If I had to do it again, I would still only choose Andrew Rosenfeld. He was a Godsend. You will not be disappointed.
