We just finished our Family Trust with Ben. From the first moment we sat down with him we saw how professional and personable he is. It took us quite awhile to find someone like him because doing a Trust is serious and can be nerve-racking. He immediately made us feel happy to be there. He is very caring and easy to talk to, he listened to all of our concerns and found the correct answers. He is totally thorough with every little detail because of his vast knowledge of this business. We have already recommended him to our family and friends and also some neighbors. I have known Ben for a while and I know when it comes to intellectually property or estate planning, he will give you good advice. He is not one of those lawyers that charges you 500 bucks just to say hi to him. His prices are very reasonable. Since he has a family, I think his estate planning for you and your family is always honest and empathetic. For all of your legal needs, if he doesn't do it, he will at least point you in the right direction.

I am a business owner, and lease the land that I run my business on. I found myself in a legal dispute with the landowner, who was trying to force me to leave before my lease was up. He didn’t hand everything over to a paralegal or to junior partner, because there isn’t one. When I called him, I didn’t get voice mail, I got Rob. He answered my emails himself. He wrote the letters and legal documents himself, and knew my case like it was the most important case he had. It felt like it meant as much to him as it did to me. He was passionate and confident, and he knows the law. I never felt like he was worried or nervous that we wouldn’t win our case. He was just unshakable! Connie, who runs the front office, was kind and encouraging, and I really came to rely on her. She kept me up to speed with any changes in my case, provided me with copies of all documents regarding my case, and reminded me of upcoming appointments and paperwork that I needed to take care of. She was just the best! Between her and Rob, all of our documents were complete, accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Nobody ever had to ask twice. They were really on top of their game! On a personal level, I found Rob to be straightforward, honest, and a true professional, and when we were in court, it became very obvious to me that his colleges and the other officers of the court shared that opinion.
