This firm and its lawyers do not care for their clients at all. They take months to reply to emails. They constantly give unacceptable excuses (fracture, holidaying with grandchildren, sick, computer broke down, assistant is away, the list goes on). The management are equally uninterested. They have still not closed a rather straightforward matter of mine and it’s been nearly 5 years with no end in sight. Save yourself some trouble and go to some other firm.

Robert is and is not a lawer. Robert IS a lawyer in the sense that he knows his technical stuff. Robert IS NOT a lawyer in the sense that he does not have a money gouging attitude that one sees in some lawyers. Robert remains focused enough to speak and advise where he needs to in a constructive manner and he will tell the 2 spouses to work things out by and for themselves [ due to subject matter involving personal preferences ]. Robert took a personal interest in both of us, at the same time did not abandon his professional conduct. I recommend Robert Menache highly to those that need a lawyer to deal w/ legal issues and repeat that Robert IS NOT A LAWEYER in capricious nor financially gouging conduct and mannerisms.

I contacted Mr. Drew Lewis for a consultation. He called me back the same day, which was the good part. But when we were talking and I tried to explain the situation, it seemed he was in a hurry to do something else and he interrupted me and said " Let me ask you questions, if you don't listen to me, we can end this call RIGHT NOW!" He then told me to deposit a considerable amount of money to a trust fund so he can do "research" on my matter. I later solved the problem with another attorney and it turned that my problem was so simple that my attorney said " any lawyer knows this". I am NOT a lawyer but I did hear the judge say "The law is pretty clear about this". My advice is that you call different lawyers and talk to them and see if they "care about" your concerns. You can tell by talking with them. Why do I still rate 2 stars instead of 1? I talked to many attorneys, I have seen worse.

Mr. Menache provides pragmatic counsel and keeps the larger picture in mind. He asked me what my goals regarding the divorce and his plan of action was consistent with those goals. Our conversations always kept these goals in mind, and he would point it out if I ever suggested any action which would detract from those goals.

Robert helped me with my divorce case in divvying up our assets! My ex had complicated our case to no end and had used manipulative strategies to intimidate my previous lawyers. Such tactics didn't work with Robert as he stood his ground and won me one of the two properties that I owned together with my ex. Overall, I recommend him for any of your family related legal proceedings--thank you Robert!

This is an unbiased, unpaid review from a recent client. I was struggling to have my case resolved; especially during these Covid times when things were moving super-slow. I found Robert thru Yelp and selected him based on this reviews. I made the right choice! Robert is unlike any other "greedy" lawyers that i had contacted before. He is very professional, knows what is doing (very important), to the point, communicates at a blazing speed, tells you the costs involved upfront (which was very reasonable and on top of that he waived some of his fees at the end as a courtesy). My case was completed faster than i could anticipate and Robert met a deadline that i had proposed. He went above and beyond to help me. I would highly highly recommend Robert if you want a honest, professional attorney by your side.

I had a question about something at work. Over two phone calls he gave me solid advice and provided broad outlines of relevant law. All for free, even though I'd insisted on paying. I'd gladly recommend him to anyone.

Drew Lewis was able to help me successfully navigate a tricky negotiation with a former employer. He demonstrated expertise not only in the legal options available to me, but context and nuance of how such agreements typically unfold among startups. He was extremely prompt and clear in his communication. To the point where I think my colleagues thought I contracted an entire legal team - how else would I be able to 'contact my lawyer' and have an answer within 5 minutes? Not saying that will happen every time, but when it did, it was extremely impressive.

After making a pay discrimination claim at my company, I was immediately retaliated against. I called a number of firms, but to no avail.
