I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Castleton and his team. I cannot recommend them hi-enough! From the very first consultation, I felt welcomed and valued as a client. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about the welfare of my family and their future. Mr. Castleton, demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the law and took the time to explain, in detail to me, ensuring that I understood my options. He was armed with knowledge to answer my question. I am trying my best to be a good sport about it. Spent $200 in hopes of getting some useful information. A game plan. Something. Heck, even just to listen to my situation. Only for him to not even listen to me or my concerns about my daughter. I could tell right away, that he was not going to help. I knew it, by the way he was trying to excuse himself. He shouldn’t have taken my money in the first place . I admit, my case is very complicated and I’ve tried several different attorneys and some have told me they cannot take my money or my case. He ended up saying he “doesn’t know how to do that.”(adoption reversal; or even representing me for latter) Which, in other words, means he is either too lazy to do it, or he doesn’t see any money with me, which is strange considering I make six figures. I even heard the receptionist ask him “you still want me to pull you out of there in 3 minutes?” Meaning, she was in on it too. She knew I was wasting my time. Followed by his response “nah. It’s not necessary.” Meaning, he had zero use for me and vice versa. Oh but he was able to go on Google and print this out for me. Lol. Must be nice to overcharge people for doing absolutely NOTHING. This was a terrible experience.

Aaron Castleton is very professional and he helped me with my trust .. my house and business is safe it’s was easy and he explained it to me and made me feel in good hands .. I wanted this in case anything should ever happen to me. My son will be in a good position. He set up the business bank accounts everything.. trust will deed it’s all covered thanks so much .. Caitlin is the best super friendly and professional such a nice person .. always called to update me ..

Both my fiance and I didn't have to deal with one insurance claim specialist or any bill collectors...we didn't have to do anything besides make the decision to hire Castleton. We are very pleased with the results! To ensure that we would get a decent payout from our car accident, they were very generous and took less than originally agreed/standard. We were absolutely satisfied with Kate's (the beautiful paralegal gal that did all of the work- I'll find out her name and edit) efforts, indulgence in our many calls to the office, and the clear and precise explanation and walkthrough of the whole claim and payout process. We had zero worries or ill feelings about the law firm from day one. It certainly helped that we were referred to them, so it is a no brainer to make a Google review to help those looking for auto accident/personal injury attorneys that will take your case with no upfront payment! They were genuinely professional, the office clean and presentable (which makes a difference to me) and just the overall experience was actually enjoyable rather than the usual alternative.

While attorneys often are criticized or maligned, my experience and interaction with the Castleton Law Firm was very, very positive. They were professional at all times, were friendly, and handled the Estate of my Brother in an efficient manner. Attorney Aaron Castleton and office manager Caitlin Czirban responded to all of my questions and concerns in a minimum of time.
