Poor communication and responsiveness
“Tried to hire Carolina for my immigration case (AOS). Paid for a phone consultation ($100) and was told she'd send me a list of documents to prepare in anticipation of our first meeting. I never received any list and called the office several times, texted and left voicemails. Finally got ahold of her and once again she said she would email me but never did.”
