Mr. Alonso and his staff were very helpful and professional. They made the process very quick and easy. This was the first time I had filed for bankruptcy CH 7 and it was a relief to get the discharge notice. They made me aware of all the pros and cons of bankruptcy and helped me make a wise decision. Our chapter 7 bankruptcy was fairly straightforward. It should have taken4-6 mos. from filing to close. Instead, because of repeated paperwork errors - and twice, not filing amended documents at all - our case will probably take more than a year to actually close. These weren't just typos and minor errors, but significant mistakes. His errors have cost us financially and emotionally. Hiring him was a huge mistake.
