This sorry excuse for a Lawyer was appointed as Minors Counsel by Judge Shelly Seymour at Merced County Superior Court of California and did absolutely nothing for the minor who has been abused by her father Leonard Vidaure and his Parents the past 8yrs. All he did was not answer important questions that were asked . He did not fight for what is in best interest of the child and acted like he was intimidated by opposing counsel. All his reviews on here are most likely fake by people he knows. If he is your lawyer get rid of him while you can.

As a student at the University of California, Merced, I suck out legal advice when my landlord was illegally withholding my security deposit. I consulted with Mr. Beiswanger and it was through his advice that I successfully filed a small claims case against my landlord at the time. Mr. Beiswanger had great solutions and most importantly made me feel at ease. He worked with my busy schedule and financial status.

He was extremely helpful in assisting me through a tenant/housing related case. His advice was helpful and honest. He was also very detailed and timely. Overall, a great experience and would definitely reach out to him again in the future - if need be!

Hearing such an amazing testimony, I consulted with Eric Beiswinger on a very complex Administrative matter. I am so thankful I did. He is an attorney with high intelligence, strong analytical and advocacy skills, and an ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing). He has a passion for his clients and has a high level of committed to their case. His people skills are excellent which I believe are very important. He will do everything in his power to help you. He even delegated research on my case to his legal assistant, at no charge to me. He exceeded my expectations. My only regret is not finding him sooner. He is by far the very best!

I am so pleased with the job Mr. Beiswanger did for me. I had troubles concerning a trust my parents created 15 years ago, and my siblings decided to cut my control of my portion out and keep it for themselves. Eric aggressively fought for my right's, got them restored quickly, and didn't overcharge me for his work. He was an expert in his services. I personally don't think that anyone could have represented me better.
