"If you can't beat em, join em!" That's the best way to describe how I came to know Jennifer Posey and Associates. Many years ago, I was working with a friend, who was going through a very contentious divorce, and asked him how it was going. He said everything was going great until my Ex hired a new Attorney. He said the new attorney came into court and turned his ex's ship around and made his attorney look foolish in court. I asked him what her attorney's name was and he said Jennifer Posey. The rest is history, I have been using Jen for my family court issues ever since. I have also referred several friends who have been ever so grateful for the referral.

I was referred to Mrs. Posey from a co-worker and I was immediately impressed with her demeanor and professionalism. I knew right away that I was in good hands. Mrs. Posey KNOWS the law and knows the ins and outs of the court system like no other. She is edgy when needed but always compassionate. She looked out for all of my needs while dealing with difficult legal and court proceedings. I would certainly use her again in the future and I highly recommend her.

I went to Jennifer Posey after going to court with a different attorney and what a difference she made for me. Mrs. Posey is very professional and possesses the knowledge to take on any situation. Going through divorce is a stressful time and with Jennifer’s demeanor and confidence with the task at hand, she makes the situation more manageable with a lot less stress. Mrs. Posey takes the time to learn your case inside and out and works hard to get what you need out of your personal case. She is a very fair and up front person that is not afraid to tell you truthfully how things are going to go in the court room. If you need a family law attorney...Ms Posey is the BEST. Ms. Posey and her staff are as good as they come. You feel from the beginning as if they are personally vested and are truly being taken care of. She was amazing, level headed and extremely knowledgeable. Ms. Posey has an unbelievable presence about her and was my strength in an emotionally charged situation when I felt depleted and unable to fight for myself. She handles herself with grace and dignity and sticks to the legal facts. The entire staff is wonderful about communication and keeping you updated every step of the way (even helping you through all the crazy legal jargon :) She literally was able to get me every single thing I was hoping for and I am walking away from one of the worst times of my life, completely satisfied and eternally grateful to both Ms. Posey and her wonderful staff. If you want the best in family law, Jennifer Posey is it!!

My divorce in 2003 left me with having to pay lifetime alimony. When the economy crashed in 2008, my income crashed, as well, and I was not able to keep up with my payments. Consulting another atty, I was basically told that there was nothing I could do until I was able to get current with my payments. In 2014, a friend who had used Jennifer, with much success, told me to give her a call. Upon meeting her, I was at once impressed by her knowledge, her honesty, aggressiveness, and great personality. I was SO glad to have her on my side. She has been in the arena for many, many years and it was very evident when the court date arrived. She was miles above the atty on the other side. In fact, we never went in front of the judge. Jennifer was able to negotiate everything without ever stepping inside the court room. In the end, my alimony was terminated. I had to pay some arrears and a lump sum step-down payment, but much less than the other side was pushing for. I am very please to have been represented by Jennifer. I would refer her to anyone seeking representation by a true professional.

The legal process was overwhelming to me. I had a different family attorney before her, so I can say that it makes a huge difference if you have bad or good representation. After initially meeting with Jennifer, I felt like I was in good hands. She is very knowledgeable and explained to me my rights and best practices for my actions to get results. I cannot say enough things about she helped me through this process. She is direct and set reasonable expectations for me. Most of all, she was quick in directing opposing counsel to make a decision and not drag on with unnecessary proceedings. In the time at the court house, it was obvious she is very highly respected among her legal peers and presiding Judges. I always had confidence that my best interests were front and center in every negotiation. I will be a client of hers for life!!! (Or at least if I ever have to go through this process again.)

After having to make many court appearances because of review hearings and my ex constantly filing things, I retained Jennifer and was so thankful for her work she did on my case. She asked me pertinent questions to get to know my case and is so knowledgeable about family law. She finally got things ordered that were so helpful for my daughter and I that I couldn't seem to do on my own. I have had other counsel in the past and they did not care to know the details of my case as much as Jennifer.

Jennifer Posey is representing me in my divorce proceedings and she has made a scary and stressful situation less frightening and manageable. She has kept me informed and has really fought for what is best for me and my kids. Her knowledge and experience in Family Law is vast and gives her the ability to really represent her clients to the best of her ability. I am very happy with her performance as my lawyer and I will continue to use her for any of my family law needs.
