Jenn is direct. She gets the job done. She was responsive and caring, yet firm as to what I needed to be willing to do. Because I listened to her, my outcomes came out to what I had hoped for vs what was recommended by the court. She has a great attitude and sense of humor. Let's face it you need a sense of humor dealing with the court - it has systemic flaws. Jenn was able to navigate those waters with finesse and dignity for me. She was above all else child centered.
