Mr. Herrera quickly and concisely helped me understand the important/salient points of a separation agreement with my employer. He pointed out areas in the agreement which I should be aware of, and identified clauses to possibly request to add and/or rescind. I had contacted legal aid regarding family law advice and was given a few references. Larry was the only one over the phone that made me feel like a person he genuinely cared about and wanted to help. I was not looking to hire an attorney at the time, but just to get advice and assistance on the steps I should take for filing. I, as a parent, and recent widow, was left with accusations of money being owed to my ex-inlaws and also threatened by them to take away my daughter and have full or partial custody.
