I am very thankful for Byron, and this whole team!! Both my parents passed away within this past year, leaving my sister and I as co- trustees to manage their estate. We thought it would be no problem until our brother decided he wanted every penny due him, and made the process very challenging. Byron walked us through the legal process step by step. I can't praise them enough!

I was referred by my friend whom is an attorney. He recomended her because she is very experienced and one of the best in Modesto. He was right! She worked very hard for our family and got everything done quickly. We are very appreciative of her work ethic and dedication. Seniors are some of the most vunrable people in our society. It nice to know that there are attorneys like her looking out for their best interest and their loved ones.

The people that work here, work so very hard. Because they are non-profit organization and funded by grants, they rely on the people that come in and ask for their help (normally at no cost.) Please don't forget to put something in the donation box to keep our services running and capable of doing what they need to do for YOU! Joyce, Byron & Monica and the volunteer staff that work (hard) there...my hats of to you!

Ms. Gandelman was of zero help to us. Placed a call to the agency harrassed us and after the reeled her in hook,line and sinker, it was as if she was representing THEM. So much for assisting the Sr. Citizens of this county.
