Just left court for my brother. Mr. Roth is an extraordinary defense attorney. My brother was looking at almost 10 years. Although my brother had some time served, He is only going to serve 18 months. Me. Roth is compassionate and listens to our needs as a whole, clents and family. He cares about his clients. I recommend him and is the attorney to hire.

Ryan Roth is a nice guy but I warn anybody reading this that’s considering hiring him: DO NOT DO IT. Go with the public defender. You will waste your money and regret hiring Roth if you do. He put up ZERO fight for me at my preliminary hearing. He didn’t even attempt to negotiate a better plea deal for me. The DA knows if you hire a lawyer of course they’ll just talk good about you. GO WITH THE PUBLIC DEFENDER. TRUST ME ON THIS. It pains me to write this review because like I said Ryan is a nice guy, but that won’t help you in court. Ryan does NOT respond to emails, voicemails, or text messages.

Ryan Roth is the worst lawyer I hired him to defend my son he never went to talk to him nor called me he never communicated with us at all my son went to court several times they had to chase him the judge and DA because he wasn’t present for my son he didn’t fight for him my son got his discovery and there was a lot of things on the discovery that he should of talked to him he never did when it was time for a pre trial hearing he did not help my son at all I paid him 4000 and I still have to pay him and he didn’t do his job never ever will I hire this lawyer!!!! Other inmates have complaints about him they say the same thing I regret hiring him!!!

He seems like a good attorney but never showed up at my arraignment in court but he did send one of his attorney to be there for me in court that day

My experience with Mr. Roth in the beginning was good ,I was a little worried at the end because I couldn't reach him almost closed to my court day .Mr Roth show up at the court I was happy and felt safe ,he took me out of a six month jail time to a 10 day couldn't ask for more, thank you Mr Roth 🙏

Do not use this Lawyer if you like communication. I talked to this guy maybe 3 times during my case. He doesnt returned phone calls,he didn't even show up to my first court appearance. The only way I knew he didnt come to my first case was because I did. Imagine being in court that you paid top dollar for and he wasn't there. I lost $1300 because I took the day of of work. I had to reschedule. On the second court date, he came last second and didn't even know my name.I paid him $4000 and all I did was accept what court offered. I could have done that myself. I got no money back from him and he didn't even do anything. His office in Modesto looks like crap also. Biggest mistake I ever did. I should have gotten another lawyer to sue him for my money back. This guy does bad buisness.
