I was the executor for a family member's estate, it was my first time as an executor and I lived 7 hours away from Modesto, so I was uncomfortable with the entire probate process. I found Ogden Law Firm through a Google search , so I thought it important that I capture my experience for others. Kelsey Kern Esq. and her right-hand person Shelby Cimoli were super helpful throughout the entire probate. Their pre-prepared guidance was very thorough and helpful, plus they were always available to answer my questions as we progressed together through the process. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Ogden Law Firm to anyone in area that may need probate services.

As executor for a family member's estate, I was referred to Ogden Law Firm through a retired trust attorney to handle the final trust administration. After working with Ogden for several months and ultimately completing all of the complex issues surrounding the trust, I can confidently say that working with them was the right decision. As someone in another review stated, they were like working with family. They had a sincere interest in taking care of our issues, addressing our questions and providing sound advice when needed. We had a Will to deal with and what we thought would be some fairly basic Deed work to be done, but we had no idea how complicated it would become or how many steps it might take before it was finished. My father passed away in February 2016, soon after I began navigating the probate process by myself. I went nearly 4 years trying to deal with the court system on my own. In retrospect I can tell you this was a very, very bad idea. I wasted quite a bit of money, time, and energy, only to end up getting nowhere. At the point I came to Ogden Law I was quite literally lost, and could not handle the situation anymore. The guidance and support of my attorney, Kelsey Kern, were invaluable. In our case there were multiple unforeseen circumstances which arose. Kelsey expertly advocated and achieved favorable outcomes for everything that came our way. Had I not had Kelsey on my side, these unexpected situations would have totally devastated the outcome of our case. My only regret throughout all of this, is that I did not come to them in the first place. I will forever be thankful for everything Ogden law, and Kelsey have done for my family and I.
