After working with what appears to be a universally viewed terrible lawyer, Mr. Bains saved the day. I am so thankful I found him, and knew it was a good choice from our initial meeting. Mr. Bains was always kind and receptive, yet straight forward and to the point, always maintaining a professional rapport. I never felt disrespected or that he was condescending to me, as I have experienced elsewhere. Other professionals expressed their admiration for his work when reading documents he wrote, such as a therapist I work with. The other significant point is that Mr. Bains did not nickel and dime me. When the bill came, I was actually shocked in a good way, as it was multiple times lower than previous counsel I had employed. Mr. Bains is a stellar attorney and I would recommend him to anyone. While Mr. Bains was able to successfully assist me with filing my response with the court, I feel his delivery of some of the advice he gave me was a bit on the condescending side. For example, I raised a question regarding the court fees associated with me filing my response. He responded in a way that came off as though he was trying to coach me on how to approach and interact with the court clerks; as if I previously gave off the impression that I may not know how to speak to people. I’ve worked in customer service since I was 16. I’m 31 now, and more than proficient at developing rapport with people and interacting with others in a professional setting. While I appreciate the warning, I feel it was off base, unnecessary, and in no way related to the original question that was asked of him. All in all, his assistance helped me beat the case that was wrongfully brought against me. He has my many thanks for that.

I had a tricky Court case that was difficult to find any lawyer willing to take my call or illicit help. I reached out to Attorney Pardeep Bains from a list given through my employer.
