Thomas Hogan is the Worst Representation in Stanislaus County. He doesn’t do anything but sits and takes your hard earned money. He doesn’t have good memory kept forgetting things, gets angry easily, and Yells at his client! (Speaking from my experience with him.) It just awful. Also, he changes people who work for him way too often, there is always new face working at his office. He is very expensive, I paid him close to $5,000 and he didn’t get anything done, not even a single trip to the courthouse. He will play a game called “postpone-postpone and postpone” to keep taking your money. Such a disappointment and I feel ripped off. When you hire someone and paying what he charges per hour $$$$, you would expect some respect and honesty from your attorney. Stay away from his office. He does too many things, and cannot properly represent a client in Family Law Case, especially if the other party has a stronger attorney. Also, if there is money left in your account he will make sure to drain it fast and act like he was working on the case. He is the most unprofessional money hungry attorney I’ve ever met. I hired this so called Lawyer few years back. Worst experience ever! They kept making errors then charged me for the time I had to correct them via phone or in person! If that is not bad enough Mr. Hogan showed up late to court! Worthless and huge mistake on my part.

The Law Office of Thomas P. Hogan has gone above and beyond for my mother for a little over a year now. Mr. Hogan and his team are all immaculate and dedicated their time to better our situation. If you are in need of top quality legal representation then I highly recommend going with the Law Office of Thomas P. Hogan.

I hired Tom in 2019 at first the meeting was great he brought me in with one paralegal and one other of his lawyers in his office. We talked about my custody case and he told me what his opinion was and what he could do for me and for me to get half custody of my children. After that I never heard from Tom or seen him again other than when I made an appearance to pay my fees. Every time I went to court I had a new attorney that he had hired for my case. This went on for 3 years before I left his office. Over that period of time I was with three different attorneys. The only person in that office that was helpful was his paralegal Lizzeth. I feel like he overcharged me and didn’t do a single thing for me. I’ve paid well over 7-10 thousand dollars and didn’t get anything out of it. I lost time with my kids and I did everything I possibly could. I would never recommend Tom hogans office. If I could put no stars I would.

The staff are wonderful but I did not have an ideal experience with the attorney himself. Lizzeth and Daisy were always helpful, polite, and professional. I didn’t have a negative experience with the other staff but I can’t speak on them because I interacted primarily with Lizzeth and Daisy, the paralegal and one of the clerks. Those 2 individuals get 5 stars! Unfortunately, they no longer work at this office.

I was concerned about filing bankruptcy but The Law office of Thomas P. Hogan and Katie Cochran put my concerns to rest every question I had they were there to answer all of them and did the hard work for me. Giving them a 5 gives me great pleasure they handle my case with outstanding pride above and beyond and within a few months my case is closed I would recommend them to anyone. Steer clear of this office. I was consistently provided with a low quality product; errors were rampant and important facts were omitted/missed. Mr. Hogan is extremely unprofessional. He berated me during a meeting for his inability to adequately explain an issue (who berates a client that is paying you close to $400 per hour?). I also witnessed him repeatedly belittle his staff, yell at clients on the phone and speak ill of clients to his staff and others. Extremely unprofessional.

I have little to experience seeking legal help, however, Mr. Hogan and his team have met and exceeded expectations. My custody case was extremely stressful but knowing I had competent backing made it go a lot smoother.
