Thomas Hogan and his staff come to the rescue again! I had recently had an unfortunate injury at a local apartment complex. They unfortunately didn't have sufficient lighting and I injured myself, coming down the stairs of a friends apartment in the evening. The injury was bad enough that I had to take a full week of work off, per my doctors orders. My friend, who lived at the complex, contacted their office manager to let them know what had happened and why. I also the office manager an email detailing everything. They totally stalled on getting back to me for about 2 weeks. I was finally contacted by their insurance company. Was told they could cover my office visit fee to my doctor, but wouldn't compensate wages lost because everything was in working order, according to the complex. Well, long story short, I contacted Mr. Hogan, he went with me to the office complex and saw for himself what the problem was and how anyone could easily become injured and agreed I SHOULD be monetarily compensated. He contacted the insurance company in my behalf and they changed their tune very quickly! My many thanks to Mr. Thomas Hogan, as well as his office assistant, Daisy, who helped in this matter. All staff members at this Law office are very professional, courteous, and welcoming to their clientele. I would highly recommend those seeking legal counsel to contact Law offices of Thomas Hogan. This was my second time getting legal help from Mr. Hogan and he's done a 5+ star job for me each time. Review from 2016: The law offices of Thomas P. Hogan, is a very professional company. Mr. Hogan and his staff are very reliable and courteous to their clients. I had initially hired a para legal to handle a probate case of mine and she did absolutely nothing but take my money! I was referred to Thomas Hogan's offices by a mutual friend. He's been most helpful in getting my case back on track, all necessary paperwork turned into the courts in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an good, professional, experienced and trustworthy attorney.

Don't recommend Tom Hogan think he is a terrible man and needs to keep his opinions to himself (especially if there not facts)the front desk guy is a nice man though

My experience with the Thomas Hogan Law Firm is that they, especially Mr. Hogan, lack any shred of moral fiber. He and they appear to have a disregard of and disdain for those laws and standard of professionalism inconvenient to their objectives. Lowest possible rating.

Thomas Hogan was extremely helpful in my case. He has provided the knowledge and expertise to help me with a very difficult custody battle in another state.

I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Hogan and the entire staff. He went over the top in helping me with my case and made sure everything was always clear and I understood everything that was happening. I strongly recommend him.

I found Mr. Hogan to be an effective attorney. I had business dealings with a crooked company. He had me write a letter to the company and he attached my letter to an email he sent them. My problem was addressed 24 hours after our first meeting.

I dealt with this law firm for over a year trying to get a tax debt settled. they first charged me a great deal of money to work with IRS, then decided a bankruptcy would work well, then charged me again to make payment plan with IRS and state. They told me to go ahead and pay state while waiting on IRS, which took over a year, during which I had little communication with them, and then they started charging me more fees, for calling in and finding out what was going on! Best bet move on to another attorney this one will not provide you with real customer service. I do not doubt that some how this review will disappear.

I've experienced quite a few lawyers in the last 6 years of getting divorced. Until I found Tom Hogan i got screwed and Doomed by Lesley Jensen, John Hollanback, and Edward Mack. Thirty-four Thousand into the divorce I lost everything. I found Tom Hogan when my ex took me back for another restraining order. Tom stopped that dead in his tracks. He got my ex husband John Bristow, on the witness stand and caught him lying under oath in front of the judge. It was brilliant. He had tape recorded all the messages John left me that week. Tom asked John under oath how many times he had called me in the last six months. John answered "maybe 2 times". Then Mr. Hogan said your honor I have a recorder of tape messages he has called her six times in four days saying she doesn't have to be at court. What I find interesting is Tom fast forwarded it to the judge and the judge said I've heard enough no restraining will be issued until bodily harm was done. Thank you Tom Hogan, I wish I would have had you the whole time, I would've never lost my house, I am thankful i have him now! He is very honest in his prices! I HIGHLY recommend him!

Thomas Hogan did an outstanding job in going over all of my options and rights regarding my case. I felt that not only did his years of experience provide great help in deciding what to do. Furthermore, he was very caring and empathetic towards the sensitivity of my case. Kudos

Mr. Hogan has helped me through some huge issues on non-profit law and employment law. He immediately made phone calls to get information from the people involved and advised me on how to proceed from that step on. He knows what he is talking about and did his research on the parties involved. He is very thorough, and forceful when required. He listened to my concerns and acted within those parameters. He was kind and yet to the point and efficient! He treated me with respect, even though I had no clue as to how to proceed. I am thankful for the recommendation that I see him in the beginning. I would give that same recommendation to any friend that might need legal services! He gets the job done!

I feel Tom and Kevin and the rest of his office have provided excellent help. And continue to do so. Mr. Hogan has, I feel, gone above and beyond in his services. The communication is there and BS is left to the side. I couldn't have found a more professional and educated team to help me with my case.I will look to him again in the future and have already recommended a person.
