I hired Mr. Nelson but he's never came to court for me, instead after talking with him I wanted him to show up to court instead, that didn't happen, the woman that works here, showed up for him!! Guess what I want doesn't matter for this attorney!!

I have been fighting the same case for eight years. I have been treated as if I were a second hand citizen. All I want is closure, too either have a medical settlement or medical for my injury's. We are about to enter the year 2018, and I believe this case has gone on long enough. Please help, thank you.

He is the people who can help

He is suppose to represent me but haven’t in over 6 years now. I have not been able to receive my new legs because he will not return my calls or the adjusters calls. They will not help me at all because I’m being represented by him. I’m a African American that had a accident and lost my leg on the job so you know he is not really concerned on my well being.

I just wanted to take a moment to share with anyone who is looking for a professional attorney who is great at what she does, she not only is professional, upfront and honest, but genuine, empathetic and really listened to my health problems. Social security is hard to get for someone of my age but she was determined to get all my medical records and what was needed to help us win my case. I have worked hard for the last 30yrs and in a matter of 2 yrs, my health had declined drastically at the age of 42. I was/am unable to work full time like I would like so I was forced to apply for SS. We are still awaiting for a decision from my court case and if it is denied again, we will decide what needs to be done next. Nothing gets done! Very rarely do i get any info. When i call in to get an update return calls dont exsist. Its been 4 yrs and this office cant find someone that needs to be served. I am now homeless n jobless. Because of an inguinal hernia. Im so disatisfied by this office.
