Something many people don’t know about… Probate and Living Trusts I recently had a friend call me to share that her father had passed away. She and her brother were now faced with having to sell their childhood home. She called to ask me what she needed to do as I have been a real estate agent for about 34 years. My first question was - did your dad have a trust? She said no, and informed me that he also didn’t have a will….
