Knowledgeable, responsive, professional are the first words that come to mind regarding my experience at the Law Firm of Gina Leguria. We choose Gina based on what I observed when she helped my mother resolve part of my sisters estate after her death. When my mom passed a few years later we settled on Gina to help us through the process. In particular I was impressed with how quick her office was to respond when I had a problem or issue that I needed advice or action on. Great service at a fair rate, highly recommended.

Gina Leguria’s law firm recently helped us navigate a challenging 16 month long probate. Her and her outstanding team specifically Stacie and Jack were there for us every step of the way. They quickly responded to emails and calls and were always responsive to our questions and concerns. We were very pleased with their service every step of the way. If you own property and care about your family consider hiring Gina to draw up a living trust. If you do this now you may avoid having to hire her for a lengthy and expensive probate later.

I engaged Gina to represent myself and certain of my family members with respect to a relative’s trust where, we learned much after the fact and unexpectedly, that we were each named as successor trustees. Complicating this was we had no background and were 3,000 miles away on the east coast (relative passed in Angels Camp, CA). Gina (and Jack!) were amazingly gracious, explained our options and moved expeditiously to draft up the necessary paperwork to legally remove us as trustees/successor trustees. Where some firms/lawyers viewed this as “not worth the time,” Gina was the complete opposite. I highly recommend her services and I and my family are incredibly grateful! Thank you Gina.

What a wonderful experience. From the 1st phone call conversation with a gentleman name Jack. Answered all my questions at that time and increased my knowledge. Gina is awesome. It is nice to know that some law firms understand that not everyone understands the legal process. I received answers to questions I did not know to ask. This is a law firm you can trust with your trust. Kind and patient, highly recommended.
